This Privacy Policy explains how New Logic Technologies LLC ("NLT Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit nltlabs.ai or book a consulting call with us. 1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run our business and serve clients. That includes:

• Contact information you give us when you book a discovery call or email us: name, email address, company, phone number, and any context you choose to share about your project.
• Scheduling information from our booking provider (Cal.com), including the meeting time, time zone, and any answers to intake questions.
• Communications you send us by email, and our replies.
• Basic site analytics via Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible is operated by Plausible Insights OÜ, an Estonian company, on EU-hosted infrastructure; it does not store your IP address. We see aggregate pages viewed, referring URL, browser, and approximate region. No cookies are set, no personal data is collected, and no cross-site advertising trackers are used. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in localStorage on your device and never sent to us. Plausible is GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant; no consent banner is required.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Schedule and confirm consulting calls and engagements.
• Send transactional and account-related notifications by email (for example, appointment confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, and follow-ups tied to a meeting or active engagement).
• Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you have asked us to perform.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use the information you provide to send third-party marketing.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers that operate our infrastructure under contract: scheduling (Cal.com), email delivery, hosting, and analytics. They may process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with a valid legal request, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of NLT Labs, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers: if NLT Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you and any successor will be bound by this policy or one materially similar.

We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data retention

We keep contact and engagement information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including TLS in transit, access controls, and least-privilege handling. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nltlabs.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice (such as an email or in-product message). Continued use of our services after the change means you accept the updated policy.
